The Jets will open the season at home against the Baltimore Ravens. On Sunday in East Rutherford, the weather should be nice for the game. As of Wednesday, September 7th, it will be cloudy with a high of 81 degrees. The Ravens’ defense was not the greatest last season but they are potentially getting a few key pieces back for Sunday. Ravens CB Marlon Humphrey and CB Marcus Peters are on track to play in Week 1. While this could be an issue for the Jets’ offense I don’t think it will be.

Starts/Sits:

QB Joe Flacco – Although Joe Flacco could throw a few touchdowns this Sunday unless you play in a massive league you will not be starting Flacco.

RB Breece Hall – Even though RB Michael Carter could get some quality snaps on Sunday, you should still be starting Breece Hall. If you drafted Breece Hall as your RB2/FLEX you should be starting him on Sunday.

RB Michael Carter – Along with RB Breece Hall he should see some volume in Week 1. If you are in a deep league such as a league with two flex spots I would start Michael Carter.

WR Elijah Moore – Last season Joe Flacco started one game for the Jets. In that one game, Elijah Moore went off recording 11 receptions, 141 yards, and a touchdown. Through weeks 8-12 last season, Moore ranked top eight in catches, yards, and touchdowns. Moore is going to have a huge breakout season. I am starting Elijah Moore in every league in Week 1!

WR Garrett Wilson – I am sitting Garrett Wilson in his regular-season debut. The Jets have a lot of weapons on offense and I want to see Wilson perform before I give him the start in fantasy.

TE C.J. Uzomah and TE Tyler Conklin – I am sitting both Jets tight ends this week. I need to see how the Jets are going to distribute the snaps between Uzomah and Conklin.

Good Luck in Week 1! For more content please view @jet_news on Instagram and FFN.
